So I have a two year old daughter who absolutely loves to dance. It does not matter what kind of music is on. She will twirl and skip yelling, "Dance Mommy! Dance!" She will do that for hours... never seeming to get tired at all! She will grab a hold of my hand giggling uncontrollably and spin me around. These are the kind of moments that want to make me laugh and cry at the same time. Children are such a blessing! It is amazing to be able to see even now the passions God has instilled in them. When we are at church she sings at the top of her lungs and dances in the aisles. So often people will try to quiet children and keep them from being "too loud" or being a distraction. I have found myself doing that at times, but tonight her noise and dancing reminded me of the verses in Matthew (19:14) and Luke (18:15-17). Jesus tells his disciples to let the children come and not to hinder them. He told them that it was to people who were like little children that the kingdom of heaven belonged. He even went on to say that if they did not accept the kingdom of heaven like a child that they would not enter it! So tonight I will let my little girl be the dancing queen she is... and on Sunday I will let her worship Him however loud she wants.

Awww! What a sweet post! Thanks for sharing.
